Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Clean Life HUB (https://cleanlifehub.co.za/). The terms below are provided as a temporary, generic policy and will be updated once final business rules are confirmed.

All sales made on Clean Life HUB are subject to the terms outlined here. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following general circumstances:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective

  • The incorrect product was received

  • The package was incomplete or missing items

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed products

  • Damage caused by customer misuse

  • Incorrect ordering by the customer


3. Reporting an Issue

Any request for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Customers should provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)


4. Returns

In most cases, products eligible for a refund must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Return instructions will be provided once the request is reviewed.

Return courier costs may apply unless the fault was on the side of Clean Life HUB.


5. Refund Method

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on payment provider

  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect


6. Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products may be non-refundable even if unopened.
This includes:

  • Personal care products

  • Sanitizers

  • Any products marked as “clearance” or “final sale”
